Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the laser unit and all included accessories back into the original protective carrying case and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent calibration damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our certified service center using a tracked and insured shipping method.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the device for original condition and functionality; once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
